SHIPPING
Processing time of the shipment
All orders are processed within 3-6 working days . Orders do not ship or deliver on weekends or bank holidays.
When we have a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few days. In this case, please allow us additional days on the transport route for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Germany 7-15 working days
Switzerland 7-15 working days

Occasionally there may be delays in delivery. * No guaranteed delivery times.
Shipping confirmation & shipment tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation containing your tracking number by email received as soon as your order has been dispatched. The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.
Duties and Taxes
PeakMart.de is not responsible for duties and taxes incurred on your Order will be charged. Any charges (duties, taxes, etc.) incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is returned to the sender due to unpaid duties, taxes, or returns, we will refund the cost of the product and keep the shipping costs. We allow free returns once the package has been returned to the sender, but if it is returned to us for the second time, we will keep the shipping costs incurred. For a third attempt, an invoice will be sent with the shipping price. (Applies to international and national orders)
Damage
If you receive damaged goods, please take a photo of it and send it to us Immediately email the picture to info@peakmart.de We only replace damaged goods within 24 hours of the status "Delivered".
